Customers need other resources to help with day-to-day Ecomedate maintenance and special projects. Miscellaneous services are available in packs of 5 and 10 hours. Prior to commitment, Taurus will estimate the scope and timeline. These Miscellaneous Services include, but are not limited to:
A) Custom Analysis Suite Queries
Why? For query needs beyond what is already included within the Analysis Suite.
Service Description: Customized queries for your site can be designed and built to meet almost any need. Please contact us for a quote to help solve one or many of your analysis issues.
B) Implementation of additional tables
Why? If all Ecomedate tables were not implemented at the time of your go live, we can help you add additional tables as needed.
Service Description:
- Create additional tables and indexes.
- Perform the initial loads on tables, and create and test the Incremental scripts.
- Update count scripts and produce scripts to create new views and indexes for Ecomedate Analysis Suite, if applicable.
