Enhancements

SF/SR CASE	Description
	Added feature to save DDL in Warehouse script format using DIRECT statements. To use this, right click on PQ, VMP or VMP folder, and select "Save DDL..." If the saved file name ends in ".WH" a Warehouse script is created instead of raw SQL. The OPEN statement needs to be edited.
	Add support for AS 400/DB2.
