Added edit box to import VMP folder dialog. |

Added capability to generate SQL load mappings and SQL aggregate
mappings. To use SQL instead of Warehouse script in a load mapping, simply
check the box in the Mapping Options dialog. Aggregate mappings allow
aggregation of columns by a unique key value. |

Added capability for load scripts to truncate, drop indexes and
recreate tables prior to doing the load. Simply check the boxes you wish from
the load script properties dialog. |

Added capability to auto-order load scripts. To auto-order load
mappings within a load script so that tables are loaded in the correct order
based on their foreign keys, simply click the Auto Order button in the load
script dialog. |

Added capability for attach data source to change reference
functions. When either Attach Data Source... is used to select a data source
for a virtual mapping or when virtual mappings are imported, expressions are
now checked for reference functions (e.g. LOOKUP, SUM) and an opportunity is
given to change the database referenced by a the function. |
