Enhancements

SF/SR CASE Description
  Added support for FILLL/FILLR function in SQL Server SQL load mappings.
  Improved ability of macros to be used with reference (e.g. LOOKUP) functions, by allowing column list as a macro.
  Ask before deleting VMP folder and LM folder
  Added SQL View to mapping type to allow views to be created from virtual mappings.
  Added "SQL..." on Load Mapping folder menu
  Added "Rename..." to all folders
  Added repository name and system name to script header comments.
  Make sure PQ and BWS can only be tied to load mappings if there are no mappings.
  Tied BWS and PQ can add load mappings the same way as load scripts.
  Added tabbed preferences to enter defaults for load scripts, BW Scripts and PQ scripts
  Added "Create Load Script" menu item to Load Script folder

  Removed ' as valid character in data source or folder name. (The SQL in Studio cannot handle ' in its SELECTs.)
  Fixed right-click "Virtual Mappings" -> "Export Virtual Mappings..."  Previously: Did not export mappings not in folder and did not export last folder.
