Class #1240 - Hyperion Developer Training for Ecomedate Users

Class Description:   This two day class is taught at your site using the Hyperion developer program to develop queries against your Ecomedate database.  The class will teach the developer or power user how to build queries using the Hyperion tool and the Ecomedate database structure through a set of exercises.  At the end of the class the student will have knowledge of:

• Each of the main Ecomedate data objects including item, customer, order, offer/source, purchasing, returns, backorders, order status and order ship-to objects.
• Building a query section including how to connect objects, how to use the meta-data to help with query building and limited returned data.
• Creating computed fields to both limit data returned and to create new fields to be displayed.
• Formatting data returned to the user.
• Building pivots, reports and charts.
• Using a single data result to provide the user with multiple perspectives.
• Connecting local results sets to build more complex queries.

• Private class – Take this class with a Taurus instructor in a private setting with only your company participating, and using your own company’s data. A Taurus representative will contact you to arrange a convenient class date and time.
