Warehouse Release 3.02.4050
2007/06/13
The features in the 3.02.4050 release are:
. Fixed a problem
when attempting to access an ALLBASE table
that did not exist. In prior releases, this would
cause
a program abort. Now
an error message is issued.
. Attempted to remove
an undesirable system warning message
on Linux IA64 systems. On prior releases,
Warehouse may
cause repeated entries in
the system log file about unaligned
data. An attempt was
made to fix this problem, but at Taurus
we did not experience this
problem so it is not certain if
the problem has been fixed.
. Fixed a problem
with third party indexing (TPI) on MPE/iX
systems. TPI was accidentally broken in release
3.01.0120.
This has now been fixed. Incidentally, it also appears
that TPI access never worked
with numeric keys. This has also
been fixed. To access
a numeric TPI, use a string terminated
by a semicolon. e.g.
READ CUST = DB.CUSTOMERS FOR CUST# =
"1001;"
Release
3.02.4050 is available now on all supported platforms.
